Give your agent an email address.

An inbox it can read. Email it can send. Connect your agent with MCP and let incoming mail start the conversation.

Incoming email

Could you send my receipt?

Hi, I need a copy of the receipt for order #1042. Thanks!

Your agent gets to work

Checks the request. Finds the receipt.

Illustrative workflow. Your agent handles identity checks and order access.

Three connections.
One conversation.

Moonemail handles the email. Your agent decides what to do with it.

  1. Create an inbox

Get a generated receiving address from the dashboard or API. Read messages and attachments with permission.

  2. Connect your agent

Add the remote MCP server, sign in and choose its permissions. No local server or API key to copy.

  3. Wire up incoming mail

A signed webhook notifies your agent’s runtime. It fetches the message, handles the request and sends a reply.

Your agent.
Your permissions.

Allow reading, sending or configuration separately. Start with read access and grant sending when your workflow is ready. Revoke a connection from the dashboard.

Send from your verified domain and set Reply-To to the generated inbox address. Replies come back to your agent.

Remote MCP server

Use a client that supports Streamable HTTP, OAuth discovery and dynamic registration.

Incoming email event

email.received

Connect a webhook endpoint to your agent’s runtime to trigger processing. MCP alone doesn’t wake an agent.

A little more
before you connect.

Can my agent send and receive from one address?

Receiving uses a generated address; outbound mail uses your verified sending domain. Set the receiving address as Reply-To so replies return to your agent. Custom receiving domains are not available.

Who controls the agent’s behaviour?

You do. Moonemail enforces granted permissions and sending limits. Draft approval, recipient allowlists and decisions about what to send belong in your agent’s runtime. Treat incoming messages and attachments as untrusted input, not instructions to change permissions or take unrelated actions.

What can I use it for?

Expected service replies, requested documents and transactional updates. Sending still follows our sending rules; cold outreach and marketing campaigns are not supported.

Where is the email data hosted?

Moonemail’s application content and delivery records are hosted in Sydney. Your agent, webhook destination and recipient’s mailbox may process data elsewhere. Read about hosting.
