Moonemail is an invite-only transactional email service operated by Halyard Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 71 694 449 637). These pages explain the pilot’s rules, data handling and current safeguards.

Before sending

Use the pilot for expected, recipient-specific transactional messages only. Marketing campaigns are not available or permitted in the current pilot. Confirm any contractual data requirements with us before sending sensitive or regulated information.

Questions and requests

For privacy, abuse reports, access, correction or deletion requests, contact al@halyard.studio. Include your account or the relevant message details, but never send passwords, API keys or an entire recipient list.

These documents describe the service; they are not a certification or a guarantee that a particular customer’s use complies with every law. Australian hosting alone does not establish compliance. A separately agreed data processing agreement is available for discussion before onboarding where needed.
