Pilot terms
Updated 26 October 2026 · Pilot policy version 1.1
Moonemail is operated by Halyard Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 71 694 449 637), Australia, with its main business location in NSW 2010. Contact al@halyard.studio about these terms. These terms are supplied for acceptance during pilot onboarding; merely visiting this website does not create a paid subscription or replace an existing signed agreement.
The service
Moonemail provides an API, dashboard and optional agent connection for sending transactional emails from verified domains and viewing delivery results. Where enabled, generated receiving addresses deliver incoming message metadata to your configured webhooks, with authenticated body and attachment retrieval. Receiving is an application ingestion service, not a general-purpose email mailbox. The pilot accepts messages up to 10 MiB for processing; unsafe, unsupported or oversized messages may be quarantined. The pilot is invite-only, subject to the limits shown for your account, and excludes marketing campaigns and mailbox hosting. Acceptance of a send request means it has been queued, not that it reached an inbox. Recipient systems may delay, reject or filter messages.
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. The pilot has no separately promised uptime percentage or round-the-clock support. Do not use it as the sole channel for emergency, safety-critical or time-critical legal notices.
Your account and messages
You must be authorised to act for your business, keep credentials secure, use only domains and content you are entitled to use, and follow the acceptable-use policy. You are responsible for lawful recipient selection, message content, privacy notices and the permissions you grant to agents and other integrations. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromised access.
You retain your rights in your content. You permit us to handle it only as needed to deliver the service, secure and troubleshoot it, address abuse or meet legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy. We do not acquire ownership of your recipient lists or messages.
Data requirements
Review hosting and retention and our providers before submitting data. Do not assume the pilot meets requirements for health records, government-classified information or another regulated use. If you need contractual residency, incident-notification or deletion commitments, agree them with us in writing before sending that data. This page is not a substitute for a negotiated data processing agreement.
Fees and cancellation
A fee, currency, tax treatment, billing period and included limits must be disclosed and accepted before a paid plan starts. These pilot terms alone do not authorise a charge, automatic renewal or usage overages. Any paid offer must explain renewal and cancellation before purchase. No paid plan is offered by this page.
You can stop submitting messages at any time and contact us to close your pilot account. Request exports or copies you need before closure and before the applicable retention period expires. We will explain the closure and deletion process, including necessary suppression, legal and backup retention. Closure does not recall messages already delivered.
Suspension, changes and ending the pilot
We may proportionately restrict affected access for suspected compromise, abuse, a material breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where safe and lawful, we will give reasons, notice and an opportunity to address the issue; urgent protective action may happen first. Contact us to request a review.
For a planned service withdrawal or material change to these terms, we will give affected account holders reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to stop using the service. We will not impose a new fee or a materially broader use of customer data solely by silently changing this page.
Your legal rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. We do not require you to waive those rights, give a blanket indemnity or accept a blanket exclusion of our liability.
Contact us with a service complaint so we can investigate and try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from seeking advice, contacting a regulator or using a court or tribunal with jurisdiction. Any separately signed agreement will be considered together with applicable law.
