A closer look at pricing, hosting and what’s included.

Moonemail’s planned launch price is A$25/month for 50,000 outbound recipient sends, then A$1 per additional 1,000, prorated per recipient. Prices exclude GST; including GST, the base is A$27.50 and overage is A$1.10 per 1,000.

We’re in an invite-only pilot; paid self-service is not open yet. Sending approval and operational limits apply. Receiving, attachment and API allowances will be confirmed before you subscribe. One email to ten recipients counts as ten sends.

Choose the fit for your workload

Established services offer broader features and may cost less at higher volumes. For example, Resend Pro includes 100,000 emails for US$35; Moonemail’s planned price at 100,000 outbound sends is A$75 excluding GST. Our focus is Australian application hosting, a simple core provider setup and AUD pricing.

Hosting scope matters: recipients, customer-selected agents and webhooks can be overseas. AWS also operates global support and service-wide systems. This is not a promise that every copy stays in Australia. Read our provider and processing boundaries. Provider lists cover different services; their length alone is not a measure of security or compliance.
